Integrations and connections

BaseCRM connects to your website, your campaigns, your phone system, and your inbox — no developers and no code. Every inquiry lands in one place.

How do you connect systems to BaseCRM? In three ways. Embedded form — paste a single line of code into your website (WordPress, Elementor, Wix) and every inquiry comes in as a lead card. Webhook — every business gets a dedicated intake address you can send leads to from any system, including Facebook Lead Ads and Google Forms, via n8n, Make, or Zapier. Phone system — your phone provider sends call events, and when an unknown number calls, a lead opens automatically. Plus: logging of incoming emails, Google Calendar sync, and outgoing webhooks.

What you can connect

A form on your website

A single line of code. Works in WordPress, Elementor, Wix, and any website. You can also link to a hosted form — for WhatsApp or your Instagram bio.

Leads from Facebook and Instagram

Facebook Lead Ads connects via n8n, Make, or Zapier. The lead comes in within seconds, tagged by the campaign it came from.

n8n, Make, and Zapier

An intake address that receives POST requests. Any automation tool can send it leads from any source — without writing a line of code.

Google Forms and Google Sheets

A Google Form or a spreadsheet that updates — every new row becomes a lead in BaseCRM.

Cloud phone system

Any cloud phone system can send call events. When an unknown number calls — a lead card opens, the call is logged, and the recording is attached.

Incoming emails

A personal BCC address — and your correspondence with the customer is logged automatically on their profile.

Google Calendar

Two-way sync of appointments between BaseCRM and Google Calendar.

Outgoing webhooks

The other direction: BaseCRM notifies your system when a customer is created, an invoice is issued, or a task is closed — with an HMAC signature.

WhatsApp

Send documents, links and reminders to a customer on WhatsApp in one click — through a smart link that opens with a ready message. Automatic reminders go out by email.

Frequently asked questions

No. BaseCRM generates a one-line embed code you paste into a page on your site — in WordPress via a custom HTML block, in Elementor via an HTML widget, and in Wix via Embed Code. Every form submission comes straight in as a lead card. It takes a few minutes and needs no coding knowledge.

Yes. You connect Facebook Lead Ads to your business's intake address in BaseCRM using Make, Zapier or n8n. The lead arrives within seconds, tagged by campaign source. With Make and Zapier no Meta App Review is needed, because the approved app belongs to the automation tool, not to BaseCRM; with n8n you need to create your own Meta app and go through App Review and business verification.

Yes. Every business has a call-intake address that any cloud PBX can send call events to. When an unknown number calls, BaseCRM automatically opens a lead card and logs the call on it, including a link to the recording if the PBX provides one. The connection is generic and not tied to any specific provider.

Any tool that can send an HTTP POST request — in practice that means n8n, Make (formerly Integromat), Zapier, Pabbly and any similar service. BaseCRM recommends n8n for anyone who wants a free solution they can self-host, and Make for anyone after the simplest interface.

BaseCRM detects duplicates by phone number or email — even when the number is written in a different format — and logs the repeat inquiry on the existing card instead of opening a second one. That way two reps don't call the same person.
