The story behind BaseCRM
Hi, I'm Uriel Shuraki, an information-systems developer working to make technology more accessible.
I built BaseCRM after seeing the same problem again and again: self-employed business owners in Israel - therapists, fitness trainers, private tutors, beauticians, consultants, and more - struggle to manage their business. The existing systems are either too complex, too expensive, or simply not suited to their type of business.
So I did some research. I mapped the types of self-employed businesses in Israel and found nine main categories — from studio and class owners, through therapists and consultants, to personal trainers and private tutors. I built Base with a dedicated fit for each type of business, so everyone can manage their customers and their business simply and naturally. Many more fields have been added since — today Base has dedicated setups for more than 20 types of business.
I also added issuing tax invoices, receipts and documents from software registered with the Tax Authority, with an automatic allocation number.
Base is built and maintained between reserve-duty days and customer support.

Development begins - market research, mapping 9 business types, and building the core of the system
Early 2026
Registered with the Israeli Tax Authority (registration no.: 259701) for issuing tax invoices and receipts — software's registration with the Israeli Tax Authority
2026 - today
Open to everyone — hundreds of business owners have signed up; setups for more than 20 types of business, automatic allocation numbers and a doctor's diary have been added
